Squad Swimmers

Our Competitive Squads cater for talented swimmers from 9 years old and above where swimmers train to swim competitively.  Redditch Swimming Club competes in many open meets, galas and competitions through the year and has swimmers who compete at Worcester County, West Midlands Regional, National and International levels. 

Redditch Swimming Club's primary focus is as a competitive club that caters for talented swimmers 9 years old and above - training them for competitions at local, county, regional, national levels and beyond!

We have a range of competitive squads starting at Squad 7 up to our National Squad.

Squad swimmers, once aged 9 years and over become eligible to compete both for the Club, and as individual swimmers at Open Meets.

At Club level, we compete in many leagues - ranging from the SwimGainz Junior Development League for 9-14 year olds, to the National Arena league for our fastest swimmers in each age group.

As an individual (under RSC guidance and support), swimmers compete at 'open meets' for qualifying times into County, Regional and National Championships.
