
Redditch Swimming Club is a thriving competitive swimming club that celebrated its 125 year anniversary in 2023. We were voted best Swimming Club in the West Midlands Region in 2023 and were a finalist in the National Swimming Club of the Year 2023 awards.
We pride ourselves on our achievement across all our squads and are proud to have a thriving Learn to Swim section and a Competitive Squad structure that includes county, regional and national swimmers of all ages.

Learn to Swim Coordinator |
Our Learn to Swim section is thriving. Children from the age of 4 are taken under our supervision and taught to swim to a high standard in accordance with Swim England Performance criteria. Our Learn to Swim swimmers that show talent and determination progress to our competitive squads and will be able to take part in galas both at Abbey Stadium and further afield throughout the year. We are looking for a suitably qualified Learn to Swim Coordinator to lead this team of swimmers as well as supervise, lead and mentor our group of Level 1 and Level 2 teachers who ably assist in bringing our Learn to Swim children through the approved Swim England levels and qualifications. Coaches and Teachers |
We are looking to recruit additional coaches and teachers who have a passion for swimming, a flair in delivering sessions alongside a caring disposition to join our team. We are looking for level 1 and level 2 coaches to work as part of the coaching team for our competitive squads as well as level 1 and level 2 swim teachers who are able to run regular sessions as well as teach via a cover rota to aid capacity within our Learn to Swim sessions.
