Learn to Swim Coordinator

Our Learn to Swim section is thriving.  Children from the age of 4 are taken under our supervision and taught to swim to a high standard in accordance with Swim England Performance criteria. Our Learn to Swim swimmers that show talent and determination progress to our competitive squads and will be able to take part in galas both at Abbey Stadium and further afield throughout the year.

We are looking for a suitably qualified Learn to Swim Coordinator to lead this team of swimmers as well as supervise, lead and mentor our group of Level 1 and Level 2 teachers who ably assist in bringing our Learn to Swim children through the approved Swim England levels and qualifications.

Coaches and Teachers

We are looking to recruit additional coaches and teachers who have a passion for swimming, a flair in delivering sessions alongside a caring disposition to join our team.

We are looking for level 1 and level 2 coaches to work as part of the coaching team for our competitive squads as well as level 1 and level 2 swim teachers who are able to run regular sessions as well as teach via a cover rota to aid capacity within our Learn to Swim sessions.
