* Additional strength & conditioning training at the Athena Gym, Redditch is available to Squad 2 Late, Squad 1 and the National Squad.  Athena training takes place on Mondays from 19:00-19:45 and Thursdays from 18:30-19:15.

Every effort will be made to ensure that every session runs as planned. To ensure that monthly costs are kept as low as possible there will not be a refund of subs in the event that a session is cancelled.
